Online Workout

The idea to start this project was initiated because of quarantine and not being able to train with our athletic teams any longer. Generally, working out for as was part of our everyday life and thus was very significant for us. However, during quarantine we noticed that our motivation to train had decreased. Not training and constantly sitting at our desks worsened our physical well-being as our psychology. Moreover, not being able to interact with our classmates and socialize also negatively affected us. We believe that working out is essential in helping us all coping with the state of quarantine and online classes. Therefore, we thought of this project where every week we would come together to work out and interact with one another. We created different workout plans ranging from fully body workouts to stretching and yoga and we invited our friends to do them together via TEAMS every Sunday.

We are very satisfied with how this CAS Project turned out since there was participation and very joyful and encouraging environment was created that welcomed everyone to work out. Through this project we were able to give motivation to one-another and boost our mood. We are very happy that we organized this project since we got the chance to reunite with our classmates but also workout and improve our physical form.
